One delivery charge will be charged per order, regardless of the quantity of products ordered.
Deliveries to multiple addresses will require multiple orders and incur multiple delivery charges.
If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal at the delivery this will be classed as a failed delivery.
In the case of a failed delivery the goods will either be re-sent and the customer charged a second delivery charge, or the customer refunded
less deductions for dispatch and delivery costs incurred.
